Supplier Evaluation

A structured checklist for reviewing potential suppliers without confusing a search result, trading company or market contact with a verified manufacturer.

Business identity

Record the registered company name, business licence details where available, address, official contact channels and the entity issuing the quotation.

Factory status

Request evidence relevant to the claim: production address, facility photos or video, equipment and process information, production capability and a live or independent verification when needed.

Product fit

Check whether the supplier makes the exact product and model required, including materials, dimensions, performance, components and packaging.

Commercial terms

Compare MOQ, unit price basis, tooling or sample fees, payment terms, lead time, warranty and quotation validity.

Quality and compliance

Request applicable test reports, certificates, standards and traceable model information; verify relevance and validity for the target market.

Risk controls

Use written specifications, approved samples, staged checks where appropriate and clearly agreed payment and delivery terms. Do not rely on an unsupported “tier” label alone.

Project-specific confirmation: Supplier identity, product specifications, price, availability, certifications, quality requirements, shipping arrangements and timelines must be verified and agreed for each project. This page describes a working framework, not a blanket guarantee of services or outcomes.
Start with your product brief.

Include product photos or links, specifications, estimated quantity, destination market and required timeline.
