Logistics & Shipping Coordination

Shipment planning begins with the cargo facts, destination, timeline and service constraints. Rates and transit times must be confirmed for each shipment.

Cargo information

Prepare carton count, dimensions, gross weight, product description, value, battery or dangerous-goods details where relevant and ready date.

Destination and terms

Confirm delivery address, destination country, requested service, Incoterms where applicable and who handles export, import and duties.

Compare quotations correctly

Check whether the quote includes pickup, fuel, remote-area fees, customs clearance, duties, insurance, handling and other surcharges.

Prepare documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, product-specific documents and any required export or import paperwork should match the actual shipment.

Protect the delivery plan

Confirm pickup cut-off, estimated transit time, holiday impacts, tracking, packing requirements and escalation contacts.

No invented guarantees

A carrier quote or estimated transit time is not a guarantee. Final availability, charges and delivery timing are determined by the carrier and applicable rules.

Project-specific confirmation: Supplier identity, product specifications, price, availability, certifications, quality requirements, shipping arrangements and timelines must be verified and agreed for each project. This page describes a working framework, not a blanket guarantee of services or outcomes.
Start with your product brief.

Include product photos or links, specifications, estimated quantity, destination market and required timeline.
