Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 October 2026 · English version

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of XHVIA.com. They govern use of the website only; they do not, by themselves, form a purchase, sourcing, agency, distribution, shipping or other trade contract.

1. Website operator

This website is operated by 义乌市向海国际贸易有限责任公司 (XIANGHAI INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LTD.), a company based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China (“XIANGHAI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Contact: sales@xhvia.com.

2. Website information, not an offer

Content is provided for general business information. Product descriptions, supplier references, indicative specifications, availability, lead times, market information and example workflows may change and may not be complete or current. A website page or enquiry response is not a binding offer or acceptance unless we expressly state otherwise in a written document authorised for that purpose. A transaction becomes binding only under the applicable quotation, purchase order, service agreement, invoice or other agreed written terms.

3. Appropriate use

You may use this website for lawful business research and enquiries. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or operation, submit malicious code, knowingly submit false or misleading information, scrape or harvest personal data unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the website to commit fraud or violate applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

Unless indicated otherwise, website text, design, branding, graphics and other content are owned by or used with permission by XIANGHAI. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute or commercially exploit material without prior written permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Enquiries and information you provide

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share it. Do not include confidential information unless necessary and appropriate. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, supplier availability, a quotation, a particular price or completion of a transaction.

6. Third-party services and links

The website may link to independent suppliers, logistics providers, messaging services or other third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. Third parties operate under their own terms, privacy notices and practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Availability, warranties and liability

We aim to keep the website accessible and information useful, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that all content is complete, accurate or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or any other liability that applicable law makes non-excludable. Subject to that rule, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of general website content.

8. Changes and suspension

We may change, suspend or remove website content or features and update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing law and disputes

To the extent this choice is legally enforceable, these website Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This clause does not displace mandatory laws or rights that apply in another jurisdiction and cannot be waived by agreement. A separate written contract for a sourcing or trade transaction may specify its own governing law and dispute-resolution process; that transaction-specific agreement will govern the relevant transaction to the extent of any inconsistency.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to sales@xhvia.com.
